Work You'll Do Manage SAP software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation, ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.      --50% Travel required nationally.      --Telecommuting permitted.      --Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:      - Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions utilizing SAP Project Systems, Investment Management, Asset Accounting, and Microsoft (MS) Office 365;      - Working across phases of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) and Agile methodologies including discovery, planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and upgrades for solutions for enterprise-level clients through use of MS Office 365;      - Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP, Non-SAP, and Non-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) third party applications in the client's landscape;      - Leading large-scale SAP implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;      - Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents by leveraging MS Office and Visio, SAP Project Systems, and Asset Accounting;      - Participating in project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources using ServiceNow and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);      - Utilizing ALM to support and perform unit testing for SAP Configuration and Development, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and      - Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments utilizing MS Office, manual presentations, and uPerform.
