Adecco US, Inc. Community Benefits & Grant Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Benefits & Grant Project Manager to join our client’s team in Philadelphia, PA. This role will play a crucial part in our client’s CREATE project, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant administration, project management, and community engagement. This position is a 24 month contract with a likely extension (5 year project in total).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, public administration, accounting, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience administering large grants and government funding.

  • Proven ability to work with complex organizations and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution, reporting, and compliance tracking related to the Community Benefits Plan (CBP) and sub-recipients.

  • Collaborate with The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia to support fundraising and project evaluations for the Clean and Resilient Community Schools (CRCS) program.

  • Convene regular meetings of the project execution team and provide timely reports to senior leadership.

  • Represent the CBP implementation team at internal and external meetings.

  • Develop program reports for the CREATE PM and U.S. Department of Energy.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support communications and outreach.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $70.00 per hour
