Robert Half Commerical Litigation Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are in search of a Commerical Litigation Attorney to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role centers around commercial litigation and will involve a significant amount of document review. You will have the opportunity to put your skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters.

• Review, analyze and organize large volumes of documents for case preparation.

• Utilize case management software to maintain and update case information.

• Employ legal software for research and case progression.

• Handle complaints and administer claims related to commercial law.

• Prepare and present briefings on case updates and progression.

• Utilize LexisNexis for legal research and case law review.

• Ensure all documentation related to cases is accurate and up to date.

• Use your knowledge of civil litigation to advise and guide case progression.

• Oversee and manage commercial law matters. Requirements

• Active and in good standing with PA bar

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, construction experience preferred
