Robert Half Cloud Architect in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Architect in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role will be positioned within the legal industry, and will involve using a variety of skills such as Python, AWS, SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases. The Cloud Architect will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, and implementing cloud-based solutions, services, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions, services, and technologies to enhance our operations

• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data pipelines and workflows

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using modern programming languages such as Python

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on best practices for cloud architecture, data engineering, and software development

• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness of cloud infrastructure and services

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, standards, and guidelines for cloud architecture and data management

• Assist in the design and development of data warehouse solutions to support large-scale data processing and analytics

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the information gathered

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Possession of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect in the legal industry.

• Proficient knowledge of Atlassian Jira.

• Demonstrable experience in Backend Development.

• Extensive understanding of Cloud Technologies.

• Ability to manage and maintain databases.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Experience in AB Testing.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Expertise in API Development.

• Knowledge of ASP.NET.

• Proficiency in AWS Technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
