Help shape the future of recovery services in this transformative and rewarding role!   Position Details  The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to counselors, interns, and assigned staff while assisting with the optimal flow of clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  *  Bachelor's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work, or related field with a specialty or concentration in counseling.  *  Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health and/or recovery services with at least 1 year in a supervisory role with direct reports.   *  Experience working in behavioral health/recovery services is strongly preferred.  *  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.  *  Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.   Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
