MMC Corp Cert Processor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Produce Certificates of Insurance, evidence of property and other related items using Ecertsonline and/or CSR24 systems.
  • Assist with issuance of Auto ID Cards at renewal and when changes are made.
  • Assist with scanning of paper documents as needed.
  • Assists other team members as needed to service accounts and perform additional duties and projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

 

  • A high school diploma with specialization in computer skills; previous business experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn the Agency Management Systems.
  • Above-average computer skills and data entry skills.
  • Must be comfortable with internet-based programs as well as above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Pleasant phone manner.
  • Detail oriented and good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to research and problem solve.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Above-average spelling skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Must have great customer service skills and attention to detail with high quality standard.
  • Proficient in Graham standard computer applications.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in accordance with the limitations and reporting procedures established by The Graham Company from time to time.
