The Cell Therapy and Blood and Marrow Transplant program at Penn Medicine provides comprehensive care to patients undergoing cell therapy and transplant. It is our mission to provide innovative cell therapies to improve and save lives.

The Data Coordinator will support the data management operations for the Center for Cell Therapy and Transplant. This role will perform data entry into internal and external databases, and report generation based on requests from internal and external stakeholders. The Data Coordinator will have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to satisfy the program's data needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the program’s Data Analyst and Data Supervisor to maintain internal and external databases for all patients receiving cellular therapies.

  • Complete CIBMTR (Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry) queries and research requests as needed.

  • Assist quality team with querying data reports for insurance, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

  • Work with the clinical research staff to prepare data queries.

  • Produce other data reports as needed based on departmental needs.

Credentials:

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)

  • Education Specialization:Biomedical disciplineEquivalent Experience:•Previous healthcare experience•Previous registry or data management experience.
