As a Caregiver/ PCA with Citadel Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support.

Your responsibilities will be patient dependent. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. Typical starting wage is $14.00p/h

Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or PCA preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check, many felonies disbar from employment per state regulations
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Reliable transportation
