Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking an Attorney/Lawyer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial, transactional, and specialized litigation cases, particularly in land use. You will also have a significant role in commercial transactions, real estate, land use, zoning, corporate law, and finance in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial and transactional matters, including probate and bank closings.

• Represent developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate development, construction, leasing, and financing transactions.

• Counsel business clients on the formation and governance of business corporations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse business agreements.

• Plan and create condominium and planned community regimes for real estate developments.

• Represent clients in the purchase and sale of businesses.

• Maintain the firm's brand by providing quality legal services on a consistent and timely basis.

• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Demonstrate the ability to learn on the job and successfully integrate guidance and feedback.

• Manage a fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor.

• Utilize software such as 3M, Case Management Software, Legal software, LexisNexis, and Management System for efficient case handling and documentation. Requirements • Possess a professional qualification in Law.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Proficiency in usage of 3M, Case Management Software, Legal software, LexisNexis, and Management System.

• Expertise in various areas of law such as Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling, and Documentation.

• Extensive experience in handling Transactional Matters, Transactional Law, Transactional, Commercial Transaction, and Commercial Real Estate.

• Must possess excellent briefing skills.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the legal system and procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Demonstrable commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.
