Macquarie Associate General Counsel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As Associate General Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting US registered investment companies, including registration work, product development, board support, marketing review, transactional work and special projects. Additionally, you will work on portfolio investments for funds and institutional clients (e.g., private placements, derivatives, complex securities, corporate actions), respond to RFPs for the institutional business, support unregistered funds, and also handle general corporate matters along with other special projects.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school. 8+ years' legal experience in the investment management space. Deep experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, US federal securities laws, and the financial services industry in general Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, across multiple teams within a growing organization. Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with C-level executives and department heads regularly.
