Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Administrative Coordinator In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to our Community Engagement Officer, managing workflows, and maintaining accurate records in our database.

What you get to do every single day:

• Offer administrative assistance to the Engagement Officer

• Maintain database accuracy through diligent data entry tasks

• Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and coordinate mail merges

• Send timely reminders and invitations for upcoming meetings and events

• Assist in the coordination of various events

• Keep track of inventory and manage supply orders

• Generate reports and track relevant data

• Manage relationships with various vendors

• Conduct outreach within the community

• Prepare meeting agendas and track action items.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Administrative Coordinator position include and are not limited to:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator role or similar position

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for managing financial tasks and transactions

• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads

• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and conducting virtual meetings

• Experience with Concur for travel and expense management

• Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage and analyze customer interactions

• Familiarity with About Time for effective time tracking and management

• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Knowledge of budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting

• Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling meetings and appointments

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients
