Aston Carter Accounting Clerk in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Position Title : Part-Time Accounting Clerk
Location : Philadelphia, PA
A prominent organization in the non-profit space is looking to bring on a part-time accounting clerk to support their team. This accounting clerk will have a flexible schedule, excellent benefits & an excellent team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain and update the general ledger and other financial records.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial records monthly.
Process invoices, payments, and donations.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable handling invoices
2+ years of experience with general ledger accounting; handling journal entries and bank/account reconciliations
1+ years of experience working in an accounting role with a non-profit
Ability to navigate spreadsheets in excel, formulate cells, and sort
Benefits :
Part-Time role: 24 hours a week, 3 days on-site in Philadelphia, PA
