JOB REQUIREMENTS: Drive the Application Team toward a comprehensive DevOps approach by implementing robust processes across version control, collaboration, and automation. This includes effective branching strategies, seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, treating infrastructure as code (IaC) with traceable versioning, and establishing processes for auditing and feedback. Effectively manage and direct the workload of multiple developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality application solutions. Manage the software feature pipeline for the development team, aligning it with the long-term strategic direction of the organization. Work closely with the management team to understand the long-term strategic vision of the Company and incorporate it into the strategic growth, development, and launch of Trico\'s technical resources and cutting-edge AI-based analysis services. Mentor and develop less experienced application developers and allied technical staff through code reviews, training, and technical guidance. Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand their business challenges, providing technical solutions that align with Trico\'s corporate vision and mission. Stay updated with the latest trends and research in the field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, which is integral to Trico\'s journey from oil analysis to oil intelligence, especially in the context of oil analysis and critical equipment. Oversee and conduct research to identify and select the right technology solutions, such as cloud computing platforms and version control systems, that will enable Trico to reach its goal of providing cutting-edge AI-based analysis services. Oversee efforts to design, develop, and implement advanced AI algorithms and models using techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Support existing IIOT platform and add features as required by customers to support the deployment of condition monitoring sensors. Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions. Stay abreast of advances in technology. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Master\'s degree in a field of Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning. Two years of experience that must include utilizing JavaScript, HTML, React, and Next.js for the design of interactive data visualization web-based applications; scripting and automation programming using Python and C/C++ or other similar programming languages; building and consuming APIs using React and Node.js; database management using SQL and NoSQL technologies, including MongoDB, SQL Server, or Cassandra; Utilizing DevOps container management technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher; utilizing HDF5 in developing Big Data pipelines and performing data manipulations (ETL) for the creation of data warehouses or other unified data repositories; and utilization EC2, ECR, Lambda, Document DB, or other similar AWS cloud service solutions related to hierarchal data storage, server utilization and MQTT/IOT core. **** * APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.tricocorp.com/careers
