Manage the software feature pipeline for the development team, aligning it with the long-term strategic direction of the organization. Mentor and develop less experienced application developers and allied technical staff through code reviews, training, and technical guidance. Stay updated with the latest trends and research in the field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, which is integral to Trico\'s journey from oil analysis to oil intelligence, especially in the context of oil analysis and critical equipment. Oversee and conduct research to identify and select the right technology solutions, such as cloud computing platforms and version control systems, that will enable Trico to reach its goal of providing cutting-edge AI-based analysis services. Oversee efforts to design, develop, and implement advanced AI algorithms and models using techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Support existing IIOT platform and add features as required by customers to support the deployment of condition monitoring sensors. Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions. Stay abreast of advances in technology. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Master\'s degree in a field of Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning.
