American Transmission Company Learning and Org Development Program Manager in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

Summary of Responsibilities:

Are you an expert project juggler/manager and have passion for collaborating with leadership on talent development strategies? Can you manage the details without losing sight of the big picture?

We are looking for a Learning and Org Development Program Manager to design, plan and execute development strategies that support leaders and employees across ATC. With guidance from the Director of Talent Management and consultation from the business and HR Business Partners, this is a central role in implementing ATC’s development strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

You’ll use your bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent experience to play a key role in building and sustaining a consistent approach to talent management and development across the organization. By partnering with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to implement frameworks, tools and other resources, this role will augment ATC’s talent and development processes and tools to enhance the department’s ability to meet its strategic business goals, while having a team of high performing, diverse employees throughout the organization. In addition, this role will assist in the identification and development of a critical and strategic role pipeline to enable future sustainability and organizational success. Finally, this role is responsible for ATC’s employee listening strategy and will gather and integrate employee and leader feedback into talent and culture solutions.

Additionally, you’ll be able will use your strong consultative and relationship building skills to create and implement talent management programs and initiatives that optimize short and long-term performance including onboarding, leadership and employee development, talent planning and succession and act as a change agent and subject matter expert in the management of continuous improvement and organizational change by supporting opportunities for learning, organizational development and leader enablement tools related to change management.

This hands-on role will need to be able to flex from strategic to tactical work depending on priorities and needs and apply strong leadership coaching and influence to help leaders build and develop talent within ATC.
