As an Assistant Property Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with various aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FRED’s lease renewal process and community retention initiatives through ongoing relationship management and organizing resident events.

  • Manage lease process, including leasing, application assistance, screening, lease preparation and move ins, with accuracy ensuring new resident satisfaction and that target occupancy levels are met.

  • Oversee delinquencies and initiate the eviction process when necessary, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property.

  • Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g., collecting rent, posting payments, uploading invoices and updating monthly financial statements.

  • Assist with social media and other marketing campaigns, contributing to our property's visibility and reputation.

    General Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management, sales, banking, teaching or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with property management software preferred.

  • Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Schedule:

    Full-time, daytime hours, including weekends as needed.
