Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Peterborough, NH to bring on a TEMPORARY Interior Building Maintenance professional to perform building maintenance. This is a 6–12-month position.

Hours: 7:00am -3:30pm Monday – Friday

Pay: $20-$25/ hour depending on experience

Job Summary:

Adecco Staffing is collaborating with a prominent company in Peterborough, NH, to find a dedicated Interior Building Maintenance Professional. This temporary position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of the building. If you have a strong background in building maintenance and a knack for hands-on repairs, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Repairs: Perform minor electrical repairs in community areas, including lighting fixtures.

• Carpentry Tasks: Address basic carpentry needs to maintain and repair structural components.

• General Maintenance: Execute routine building cleaning and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Installation and Replacement: Install or replace flooring, stairs, and piping as necessary.

• Repairs and Painting: Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs to maintain the building's aesthetic and structural integrity.

• Additional Duties: Undertake other maintenance tasks as required to support overall building functionality.

Required Skills:

• Customer Service: Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and address maintenance needs.

• Mathematics and Geometry: Basic knowledge of math and geometry to perform measurements and calculations accurately.

• Blueprint Reading: Capability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams for maintenance and repair tasks.

• Budget Awareness: Ability to track expenses and adhere to budget guidelines for maintenance projects.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
