ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Peru, Indiana

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Peru, IN

Pay Range: $18/hr.

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

  • Following preventative maintenance plans for equipment as scheduled

  • Troubleshooting and repairing process equipment

  • Supporting 5S implementation through program participation and project work

  • Performing facility maintenance as necessary

What's Needed?

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex process equipment

  • Experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic repairs and maintenance on process/automated equipment

  • Knowledge and or experience working with engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics

  • Strong communication, mechanical and mathematic skills

  • Ability to pass a background check
