Job Summary:The Center Manager Administrator is responsible for utilizing management, monitoring, and instructional strategies to ensure both compliance and excellence among teaching staff. This position will serve as the operational lead for the center, providing guidance and support to his/her team to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing and standard regulations.
Job Requirements:1. High School Diploma required; Degree preferred. Early Childhood certification or credits a plus.2. Minimum of one (1) year of managerial/supervisory experience required.3. Experience working in a preschool program preferred.4. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.5. Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.6. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.7. Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
This is a full time position and the pay is $20.82/hr.
