Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Manager - Fire Alarm Systems to join our Management Team. 

The essential duties and responsibilities of this pivotal management role are:

FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES - 80% of the Job

  • Providing On Site Job Oversight

  • Participating in the Management and Development of the Fire Alarm Team

  • Conducting Inspections, Troubleshooting and Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems When Possible

    OFFICE/SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES - 20% of the Job

  • Assisting the Support Team with 

  • Estimating 

  • Scheduling

  • Job Billing 

  • Inventory Management

    This is a broad overview, but we can get into the details as we get to know each other. 

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and supporting the growth and development of their team while also seeking opportunities for personal growth and development. They will be dedicated to supporting and growing the business by focusing on becoming more efficient, seeking out ways to expand the business, and providing ongoing guidance to their Team and FPS as a whole. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven customer service experience in the service industry

  • Mechanical/Electrical aptitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passionate desire to lead and develop a team of Fire Alarm Technicians and Apprentices.

  • Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn and work within various technologies.

  • A desire to learn and grow under the guidance of the Leadership Team.

  • Fire and life safety experience is a plus.
