Job Title: Program Manager - (Garman)

Job Description

  • Manage archiving of NPI, NTI, & NSI DR/PR and GW Review materials with appropriate metadata associations across Core Components.

  • Lead Obeya material preparation and action item follow-up.

  • Conduct data mining for all NPI, NTI, and NSI projects across Core Components.

  • Provide general program support for NPI, NTI, & NSI.

  • Engage in daily interaction with peers, Engineers, Supply Chain, Operations, and Purchasing personnel to support outlined responsibilities.

  • Lead NSI Program.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, materials, or industrial technology is preferred

  • 3+ years of engineering design and/or program management experience

  • 5-7 years of overall professional experience

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in design, manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, and purchasing

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools

  • Experience with Cat software is a significant advantage

  • Experience leading NSI programs is highly desirable
