BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated DFT Sr. Staff Engineer opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

Position Title: DFT Sr. Staff Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ -(Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: 06/17/2024.

Expected Duration: 6+ months (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract - 40 HRS Weekly, Hybrid

Pay Range: \$90/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

• Hardware Design-For-Test (DFT)

• Silicon Design and/or Verification

• Debugging ATPG/MBIST

  Job Description:

• Work with the Silicon teams to document the DFT specifications and define the requirements.

• Develop and implement DFT architecture and infrastructure.

• Develop and drive execution of enhanced DFX (DFT/Design-For-Debug) methodologies, with increased focus on debug support.

• Generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve coverage/test time/test cost.

• Support DFT flow execution to implement and refine DFT solutions within hierarchical designs.

• Support DFT flow execution to verify DFT implementation and PE pattern delivery.

• Work with designers on STA, physical, power and logical issues impacting DFT.

• Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon.

• Work with lab bring-up teams to bring up test vectors in the lab environment.

• Manage schedules and support internal and external cross-functional/cross-organizational engineering efforts.

• A minimum of three years of experience with Hardware Design-For-Test (DFT) engineering including

• A minimum of three years of experience in silicon design and/or verification.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience).
