TEKsystems Multimedia Designer in Pensacola, Florida

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Multimedia Designer opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

This position requires all candidates be local to the Pensacola, FL area.

This position requires working HYBRID (2 day per week in office).

Job Description

  • Develop self-paced online training (eLearning) courses and its supporting media assets

  • Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and others to guide course development

  • Leverage instructional technology to ensure that eLearning curricula meets the needs of diverse and geographical dispersed audiences

  • Work with Instructional Designers, Learning Solutions Architects, Graphic Designers, and programmers to deliver curricula that meets content requirements and satisfies training recommendations

  • Coordinate with instructional designers to evaluate storyboards, needs analyses, and training recommendations and create course development timelines

  • Advise instructional designers and customers on the available options and the optimal modes of delivery for various types of training

  • Work with instruction designers to determine realistic timelines for each deliverable

  • Create various interactive multimedia elements correlated to the length, complexity, and duration of each course

  • Anticipate and diagram the user experience to ensure deliverables support self-paced learning

  • Review courses for accuracy, appropriate interactivity, and technical soundness

  • Manage technical aspects of the course such as course settings and packaging

    General Day 2 Day and Experience

  • This team will work with Instructional designers to modularize a sheet of instructor led training. They want to optimize a self-service library so employees can have a centralized area to gather data and training info.

  • MMD will use Storyline, Articulate rise and/or HTML to look at story board and create the best learning experience

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience developing effective digital and eLearning courseware using current methodologies and various learning technologies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development

• Experience creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware using animation software

• Experience with HTML and audio/video editing software

• High proficiency with authoring tools used to plan and develop learning content (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Connect Pro, Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Captivate, and video editing software)

• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills

• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Effective skill collaborating with various external and internal technical and/or functional contacts

• Effective skill communicating with all levels within an organization
