TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola!

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation

• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service

• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts

• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction

• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers

• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment

Schedule:

• Multiple shifts available

• 9:30am - 7:00pm, 10:00am - 7:30pm, 10:30am - 8:00pm, 11:00am - 8:30pm, 11:30am - 9:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:30pm

• Hybrid schedule AFTER training

• Start Date: 12/09

Training Schedule:

First 3 weeks: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm CST
