The Ebensburg Center is eager to welcome a Facility Chief Operating Officer who will oversee the administration, planning, direction, and monitoring of the overall fiscal management and support services programs of all the non-therapeutic functions. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As the Facility Chief Operating Officer, you will facilitate the accomplishment of work throughout Ebensburg Center by providing and coordinating support services and integrating these services with the therapeutic functions in support care and treatment. The functional activities under your supervision will include accounting, purchasing, maintenance, dietary, and housekeeping. You will provide a wide range of supportive service functions for individuals of the center by closely supervising the business areas, collaborating daily with the department heads, attending weekly departmental meetings, conducting monthly staff meetings, and conducting on site visits to all the departments under your direction.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six years of professional experience in budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resources, or management methods work, including three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training, which includes three years of supervisory or managerial experience in budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resources, or management methods work.
