BAYADA Home Health Care Director, Leadership Talent Acquisition in Pennsauken, New Jersey

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced recruiting professional to fill the role of Director of Leadership Talent Acquisition . The Leadership Talent Acquisition Director will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles across BAYADA Home Health Care, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive strategic talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting key hiring benchmarks. The Director will also focus on employer branding, pipeline development, and continuous process improvement to attract top-tier leadership talent that aligns with BAYADA’s values and business objectives.

Prior experience building and managing recruiting teams is required.

This position is hybrid. Regular, on-going travel to the BAYADA Global Support Center in Pennsauken, NJ is expected. Candidates must live within commutable distance to Pennsauken, NJ.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion, excellence, and reliability.

  • Four (4) year college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of BAYADA specialty practices, business operations, and strategic priorities.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.

  • Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.

  • Strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.

  • Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.

  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to interact effectively with C-Suite leaders and candidates.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.

  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.

  • Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for senior leadership roles across the organization.

  • Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles.

  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.

  • Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

  • Manage, train, and evaluate a team of recruiters.

  • Identify and partner with external providers to meet hiring needs.

  • Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates).

  • Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, and incorporate innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

  • Perform related duties as required or requested by supervisor.
