Manage and train production workers to ensure efficient production & food safety compliance. Recommend termination, promotion, or any personal leave regarding the team of production employees. Operate and troubleshoot production equipment competently. Read and analyze production charts, work orders, production schedules and current output to determine production requirements. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work schedules within the department. Determine Oversee employee training in equipment operations to ensure that the industry safety standards are met. Maintain detailed records of operations data, material costs, job orders, and production outcomes to prepare management reports. Evaluate employee performance. Observe work of employees, and the necessary equipment to ensure that the operations are up to the company and industry's standards.

Requires: HS Diploma or GED and 6 months of experience as a Frontline Supervisor or related occupation.
