Your Journey
Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a pleasant arrival and departure
Coordinate with Valet Parking vendor in handling guest’s valet parking
Maintain hotel front drive
Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
Assist with full-cycle guest luggage program and shoeshines
Facilitate hotel room orientations, deliver amenities, packages and other items to guest rooms as needed
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

You are trustworthy and have integrity
Must Haves
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Basic communication skills
Hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks
Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
