Join Our Team as a Night Lab Processor at Interpath Laboratory in Pendleton, OR! We are seeking an energetic Night Lab Processor with exceptional attention to detail to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative spirit and a commitment to supporting both our patients and our team\'s goals. In this role, you will be responsible for: Sample Processing: Receive and process samples efficiently, ensuring turnaround times; maintain specimen integrity and package samples for referral labs; accurately translate physician orders and diagnoses; verify and manage specimen details and perform data entry; assess specimen adequacy with technical assistance if needed; prepare specimens and perform screening procedures accurately. Communication and Reporting: Respond to colleague inquiries and manage instrumentation alarms; print and distribute reports. Operational Duties: Follow daily checklists and ensure timely task completion; adapt to covering shifts and locations as needed; maintain regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance practices; ensure HIPAA compliance and follow Medicare rules for ABNs; monitor the work environment for safety issues.
