Your Next Career Opportunity Senior Project Coordinator, Services

The Sr. Project Coordinator has the responsibility of acting as the liaison between customers, Territory employees and Corporate Accounting employees. Positional responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing support to project employees in monthly billing, revenue and IC forecasting, purchase orders, change orders, and Accounts Receivables.

What You Will Do Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and approve purchase orders from vendors and change orders. Request purchase orders from clients. Ensures change order documentation is compiled, approved and easily verifiable and retrievable for billing purposes.
  • Facilitate set-up and approval for new contractors and vendors.
  • Research and reconcile all Accounts Receivable balances.
  • Complete billing and IC reports monthly with a high level of detail and accuracy. Provide reporting to Leadership as requested.
  • Manage monthly client billing and reporting to Accounting by coordinating deadlines and managing follow up of Site Development Managers and Site Development Directors.
  • Manage receipt of vendor purchase orders and process corresponding invoices as directed by the Site Development Director. Track all purchase orders on the shared drive. Maintain tracking sheet which identifies reimbursable items. Request corresponding purchase orders from clients, reconcile tracking sheet and facilitate follow up on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor, track and report on billing, forecasted revenue target vs. actual revenue, and direct vs. indirect costs within assigned territory,
  • Provide administrative support and research as needed when completing budgetary and profitability projections.
  • Participate in conference calls with Accounting by providing current AR findings and information relevant to the agenda topics.
  • Provide administrative support in obtaining appropriate permits and zoning approvals from various jurisdictions.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What Youll Need Qualifications and Requirements

``` - H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred; - and 3-5 years in a project coordinator or similar role in the telecommunications industry or equivalent experience.
