Our client, a leading manufacturer in the machining industry, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: Starting at $15.00/hr, increasing to $16.00/hr in 30 days if approved by supervisor

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Willingness to work 2nd shift from Mon - Thurs, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
