We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Recruitment Sourcer in Pearland, Texas. The Recruitment Sourcer opening is a hybrid role requiring someone who can work both remotely and onsite at our Pearland office. This recruitment role involves providing recruitment support, consulting on HR employment policies and procedures, and aiding in developing other HR staff members. The Recruitment Sourcer will also manage the administrative per diem process and work within the clinical trial operations industry. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment support through sourcing, identifying, and presenting candidates with experience in the required fields to assigned departments

• Consult with HR management and client groups to derive recruitment solutions for issues and challenges affecting the client group

• Mentor and develop Recruitment Representatives and HR support staff

• Manage the administrative per diem process effectively

• Advise client groups regarding HR employment policies and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience

• Experience utilizing ATS and CRM systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
