Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will monitor and maintain inventory accounts for non-expendable equipment in the Material Access Technology (MAT) database system. You will ensure the storage, issuance, replenishment and surveillance of supply line items. You will ensure that supplies are maintained at the established user requirement levels. You will monitor, conduct, spot check, and inventory all items listed in the assigned equipment inventory listings and reconcile assigned equipment accounts. You will review and validate all bills received for items obligated. You will maintain accurate records and files of all permanent transactions, purchases, receiving reports and other records to facilitate in the management of your duties. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: entering, correcting, and retrieving data utilizing automated supply databases in order to track the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and material in support of industrial property management programs.
