U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief PROGRAM ANALYST (MORALE, WELFARE, RECREATION) in Pearl Harbor Naval Base, Hawaii

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANAYLST (MWR) in the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DIVISION, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT STAFF, of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will manage projects of considerable scope and complexity, as measured by their diversity, geographical area, management demands, technical intricacies, health and safety regulations, and complex security issues. You will review, approve, and manage project milestones and budgets from planning through design, construction, initial operations, and subsequent maintenance for assigned programs/projects. You will present results from analysis, makes recommendations, and continually improves the Program to support mission requirements. You will provide status reports on installation, command, and customer programs assigned (progress, issues, and trends) to the Shipyard Commander and Senior Leadership Team. You will review installation, command, and customer program progress, measuring performance and taking necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing, developing, or implementing programs by applying analytical methods to business practices and administrative operating procedures including developing recommendations to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness in support of the organization's strategic direction.
