Robert Half Sales Support Specialist in Peachtree City, Georgia
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist in Peachtree City, Georgia. The individual will be part of a dynamic team, working to establish and maintain customer relations, manage long-term contracts, and support service offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure world-class service to existing customer base and maintain good customer relations
• Regularly follow up on new part approvals and promote them to relevant customers
• Stay knowledgeable about complex service offerings such as Wenstock, ISA, Kitting
• Manage specific customer database information and maintain customer profiles
• Utilize all available sales tools and reports to drive results
• Coordinate with other departments to meet sales targets
• Emphasize product features based on customer needs analysis
• Assist in contract writing and provide input
• Participate in training sessions, including onboarding new hires
• Support collection activities as required
• Understand and manage both purchasing and development contracts
• Contact customers to promote products, review missed sales opportunities, and provide quote responses
• Provide technical information to customers as needed
• Develop and maintain long term contract agreements
• Obtain competitive information and intelligence from responsible accounts
• Maintain regular contact with Regional Account Director for senior-level visits when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred. TalentMatch®
