Brief Treatment Program
Pay Rate starts at $30.00 per hour for license eligible Clinicians
Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians
The clinician works as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS), and Family Partners (FPs).
What You Will Do:
Engaging youth and family in the intake process, completing all required assessments and completing treatments based upon needs and desires.
Works quickly and intensively to meet the unique needs of individuals and/or families through assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill building, and connections to informal and formal supports.
Providing guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals.
Provide on-going safety assessment, planning, and care coordination.
Be part of the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services.
Who You Are:
Passionate individual who has earned a a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and is on the path to licensure. Licensure preferred.
Prior experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families. In addition, candidate will have a flexible schedule.
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must have strong documentation and clinical writing skills.
Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.
