Job Title: RN Unit Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced RN Unit Managers to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations.

• Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures.

• Mentor and support less experienced nurses, providing clinical guidance and career development advice.

• Establish and uphold standards of care for the unit.

• Review resident records and monitor quality of care provided.

• Conduct case reviews and ensure individualized care plans are followed.

• Address inquiries and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally.

• Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies.

• Advocate for the unit's interests to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred)

• Valid RN License is required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
