Responsibilities This position serves as the Safety and Environmental Division Supervisor (Division Head) in the Infrastructure, Safety and Environmental Department (ISED), located in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). This position provides definition of the Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) requirements required to support NAWCAD. The incumbent executes a high degree of continuing responsibility in initiating, developing and implementing an integrated approach to attaining NAWCAD long-, mid- and near-term Mission Safety Program objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, directing, delegating and administering tasks/workload to team members/staff; 2) Prioritizing, supporting, and balancing internal and external customer needs; 3) Performing, developing, and implementing policy/program analysis, evaluation and assessment for an organization; 4) Applying extensive knowledge in Safety and Environmental support and program management.
