Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Pay: $100,000-$130,000/year

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance and reliability management for a complex facility. Responsibilities include development, alignment, and implementation of reliability excellence practices; prevention, maintenance, and repair; project planning, contractor/vendor management; and people management. The role requires active participation in safety programs, quality control, performance improvement, effectiveness in maintenance processes, and supervisory responsibilities.
