Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you'll play an active role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, working across a variety of technologies. This is a hands-on role that requires you to work with different IT functions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain IT systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, O365, VMware Horizon, vSphere, Veeam Backup & Recovery, and mobile devices.

• Manage and provide support for Cisco switches, Netgate firewalls, WAN/LAN, routers, and firewalls.

• Oversee Wireless LANs, VOIP, Microsoft Teams voice and video, and Ubiquiti Wireless.

• Conduct system updates, patches, and upgrades to enhance security and efficiency across all platforms.

• Provide troubleshooting and support for security cameras, printers, cell phones, tablets, and other hardware and software issues.

• Assist in the configuration and management of group policies and other IT policies to ensure compliance and security.

• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline IT processes and systems.

• Ensure all systems are operational, managing downtime, and resolving issues promptly.

• Work with a ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential for managing network communications

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, for providing virtualization solutions

• Experience in Cloud Technologies is required for managing and securing cloud-based systems

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is necessary for maintaining infrastructure and devices

• Mastery of Firewall Technologies is required for ensuring network security

• Ability to perform AB Testing to improve system performance

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory for managing network users and resources

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies for data recovery and protection

• Experience in Cluster Analysis to manage and organize data sets
