Job Details: This is an entry level part-time position that involves working in any department of the Pasco Plant facility including outdoor property. This position will involve frequent pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is performed in extreme hot, wet, or cold environments with ranging temperatures from 15 to 100 degrees. The position will involve standing/walking several hours a day. The work environment includes working around weeds and, the sight and smell of meat product. The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training for the job and perform any other duties as assigned. This position helps with lawn care maintenance & landscaping as well as related maintenance & repairs, and other duties while working in a safe manner. Must be able to perform position tasks. In addition, you must be available to work A Shift 5:00am to 11:30am, Monday to Friday including some Saturdays if needed, or available to work other shifts available of time of hire. REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability and experience to: Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be able to lift as heavy as 50 lbs continuosly. Promote a 'Safety First' culture among staff. Must be contactable by cell phone. May be required to work early mornings, weekends, or evenings, based on the needs of the property. This is a physical labor role; You will be lifting, bending, and operating heavy machinery. EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary; Ability to handle minor repairs or construction tasks Previous landscape maintenance and/or pesticide application certification Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must be able to speak clearly, listen, and understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly in writing and understand the same.
