Description

• Provide first-line IT support and guidance promptly across various areas, focusing primarily on Active Directory, O365, and Printer Support.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all software and/or hardware errors related to office printers, scanners, and related equipment.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam in Active Directory.

• Support regular maintenance, including updates, patches, and security configurations, on all workstations and other IT equipment.

• Administer and support O365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Develop user guides and FAQs about common issues and promote best practices for O365 and Active Directory use.

• Train employees on both hardware and software, emphasizing preventative measures to decrease the requests for support.

• Liaise with external vendors for repair and software updates, ensuring cost-effective and timely resolutions to all issues.

  Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role, with demonstrable knowledge of Active Directory, O365, and Printer Support.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, along with Microsoft O365 apps.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on service delivery quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple issues concurrently.

• Relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
