EHS Learning Facilitator OneSource EHS LLC has partnered with a global leader in specialty materials production for consumer applications to find an EHS Learning Facilitator for their Pasadena, Texas facility. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, with a specific emphasis on maintenance and reliability functions. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, EHS professionals, and maintenance teams to enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Duties and Essential Job Functions:* * Design and facilitate EHS training programs tailored to maintenance and reliability teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. * Develop learning objectives, instructional materials, and training aids to support training initiatives within the designated facility. * Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences. * Deliver training sessions through various formats, including classroom-based, hands-on workshops, virtual sessions, and webinars. * Provide guidance and coaching to maintenance and reliability teams on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with EHS leaders and maintenance managers to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. * Support the implementation of EHS programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and compliance across the organization. * Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Chemical processing field or 3 years’ as a Learning Facilitator, Training Coordinator, or similar role in a chemical manufacturing environment. * In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA). * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
