Description

• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in relation to software, hardware, networking, security, and systems.

• Managing and maintaining the Active Directory to include user account creation, groups, and permissions.

• Setting up and administering user accounts on O365, including email, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Providing hands-on PC Support; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various models of computers and peripherals.

• Implementing and maintaining print services, including printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Regularly updating and patching system software and applications.

• Offering excellent customer service to staff and clients; helping them understand complex IT-related concerns.

• Assisting in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.

• Managing and implementing backup and recovery protocols.

• Providing ad-hoc onsite support where necessary.

  Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a related IT support role.

• Experience with cloud services, specifically O365.

• Proficient with Active Directory management and services.

• Solid experience in providing PC and printer support.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of IT security and data protection measures.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
