Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Work assignments are complex in nature, and require considerable judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative to resolve problems. Prepares and analyzes assigned monthly variance analysis and cost reports including forecast updates. Coordinates with project managers to understand project scope and cost drivers. Coordinates all invoices received by project and sets them up for payment with corporate office. Maintains, updates, and coordinates the project cost report. Stay informed of schedule changes and its impact to scopes and forecast to support the project team. Performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned. Administers and updates various records and records keeping systems. Assists in preparation of monthly variance analysis for internal reporting packages. Maintain project files. Create all internal invoices for submittal to monthly draw request (if required). Create all purchase requisitions, coordinated with Purchasing for issuance of purchase orders, and create change orders. As required/requested, support document control functions of receiving documents and/or issuing documents to various entities, using the specific document control systems. Represent the office in a professional manner to both internal and external customers. Communicate information clearly and concisely in a level of detail that is appropriate for the audience. Project responsibilities to include preparing expense reports, setting up invoicing and accounts, allocating invoices to proper general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly charges. Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with fellow employees in the Company and on the project. Understand all commercial obligations embedded in our agreements for your assigned projects and ensure financial statements reflect expected outcomes Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Related experience will be considered.
Requires 6-8 years’ experience in related field.
Experience with cost analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
The position requires a strong business sense combined with proficiency in accounting knowledge.
Functions with minimum guidance and under pre-set procedures with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to handle and process sensitive information and manage potentially volatile and litigious situations.
PeopleSoft experience preferred but not required.
Maximo CMMS experience preferred but not required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results-oriented; able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Self-starter with initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks.
