A growing firm in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their team. The firm handles a mix of business litigation, judgement enforcement, and appellate work. The ideal paralegal has 4+ years of civil litigation and trial experience.

Responsibilities of Role:

• E-filing – state and federal, with some appellate

• Discovery – heavy on propounding

• Preparing and serving subpoenas

• Trial prep – tables, bookmarking, exhibits

• Calendaring and deadline management

• Billable requirement - none

Requirements:

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience

• State and Federal e-filing

• Trial experience
