Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer for a permanent, full-time opportunity in the Parsippany, NJ area. This Network Engineer will support, install, configure, and maintain the organizations global corporate/internal network, telephony services, and support the company's global security program. They will provide level 3 support, be a key project resource for new site builds, and handle other projects as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large company that is continuously growing.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

Global Corporate Network LAN/WAN (Zscaler, Cisco, Meraki)

Corporate site-to-site and client VPN, Office Wifi Services

RADIUS Authentication

Data & voice circuit ordering, installation and Circuit Management

Network projects and standards encompassing LAN, WAN, high availability strategies, QoS, IP, SDWAN, VoIP/IP Telephony and office infrastructure.

Network security control systems with such as IPS, URL filtering, Web Proxy, DDOS mitigation etc.

Network software/hardware for new sites and retrofits.

Communicate with company's suppliers/vendors

Expected Salary Range: $130K - $160K

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Network Engineer (preferably within an enterprise-level company)

Experience with Cisco/Meraki routers, firewalls, layer 2 / layer 3 switches, wireless access points, and VPN/SDWAN

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and/or IPSEC Certifications

Experience working with Azure infrastructure, Virtual Networks, and Virtual Devices Experience in Life Sciences / Manufacturing industry

Local to NJ (or willing to travel as-needed)

Bachelors Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related

Experience working with onshore and offshore teams

Prior experience working with ITIL framework null
