The Role

The Manager, Portfolio Partnerships will play a key role in helping to support nurturing relationships with our key partners around the world, and ensuring that the needs of these strategic partners are met. You will support building out a plan and structure for a newly formed team within Wyndham. This role will make use of your analytical abilities while challenging you to identify opportunities and assist in creating and delivering strategies for improvement. This role will provide exposure to key internal and external partners. You will be part of a team that is responsible for overseeing the top strategic franchisee partners across the organization, nurturing these relationships for future growth with Wyndham and helping to deliver on the Wyndham Advantage.

What you'll do

• Track and measure the performance of key partner portfolios. Develop reporting as needed. Pull key recommendations from reports and provide regular performance reviews to department leadership.

• Partner with other areas of the business such as Commercial and Operations to identify potential solutions to partner needs. Create and maintain a log of projects and priorities for key partners.

• Perform ad hoc analyses on hotel level performance as needed.

• Proactively identify any challenges or roadblocks within partnerships at an operational level. Work with Senior Director and operations partners to become more proficient in operations responsibilities and needs.

• Help prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and senior management presentations related to partner performance.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and how they impact Wyndham’s key strategic partners.

You'll be successful if you have

• Ability to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization.

• Experience analyzing hotel performance across markets and portfolios/brands.

• Identify challenges and roadblocks.

• Understand hotel level performance.

• Worked on large cross-functional projects.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 5+ years work experience, including progressive responsibilities in either hospitality, operations or finance.

• Understand how to translate operational performance into financial results.

• Ability to communicate and synthesize data effectively to key stakeholders.

• Project Management experience a plus.

• Finance background/degree a plus.
