Our client is a well-known national Hotel and Resorts company and they are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their growing team on a 6 month contract basis. The Digital Product Manager will be brought on to partner with other product managers, UX, technology, delivery and operations teams, and key stakeholders to achieve on the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for various best-in-class digital experiences, new feature rollouts, as well as enterprise initiatives. This role will collaborate with teams to define business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria, as well as guest experience; contribute to metrics & competitive analysis for related Product objectives and hypotheses. This role will also serve as the primary customer advocate during user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities to verify all enhancements deliver on specified business requirements.
