Our client located near Parsippany New Jersey has a great opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join their expanding office. This opportunity is open due to growth! The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:

· Streamlining the process of onboarding new clients

· Assist customers in all account related activities

· Reviewing and opening new customer accounts and updating existing accounts

· Problem solving in regards to account maintenance

· Maintaining accurate logs of paperwork and client information

· Researching and handling any issues or discrepancies

· Data entry of customer/client information

· Answering all client onboarding questions and/or concerns

· Handling all account opening paperwork

· Work as a liaison between reps and advisors in regards to all back office work

Requirements

Candidates applying to this position are required to have the follow:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a private client group, banking, or wealth management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

3-5 years of experience in “white glove” / high level customer support
