As the 2025 Summer Intern - Uro-Oncology Marketing (Graduate level), you will have an opportunity to take part in launching a new product in the pharmaceutical space. You will have exposure to the cross functional team and be involved in congress management, KOL planning, execution of HCP tactics, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing/marketing services/sales on creation of congress plans; developing a strategy and then coordinating execution
- Assist in the development and/or maintaining of conference/meeting tracker
- Work closely with project management to keep the cross functional team on task and up to date with latest information
- Assist in Congress HCP marketing content creation and tactic development
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track tactic effectiveness
- Enrollment and completion of the Ferring Academy of Marketing Excellence training curriculum
Requirements:
- Must be a business or a life sciences graduate-level student
- Previous marketing, sales, or project management experience preferred
- Possibility to extend internship beyond initial 10-week program
This role is expected to work no less than three days at our site in Parsippany, New Jersey, on days in conjunction with your assigned team; you may be able to work two days per week remotely. This role may also be eligible for Ferring Summer Fridays, where meetings and most work commitments end by 1 PM each Friday.
Standard Requirements for all intern positions:
- Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from May 27, 2025 to August 1, 2025) and commit to 37.5 hours per week
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university for undergraduate, graduate or PharmD program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ferring cannot sponsor work visas for summer interns
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Pass a drug screen and background check prior to start date
- Virtual interviews with HR and hiring manager
- Final presentation to manager & department team members at the end of the 10-week program (mandatory)
